Refund policy
We want every gift, bloom, and plant from Marigolden to bring a little joy. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Gifts & Non-Perishable Items
- We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Please bring your receipt, if you don’t have it, we’ll do our best to find your purchase in our system if you can provide the date and approximate time of your purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Sale and seasonal/holiday items are final sale.
Fresh Flowers & Plants
- We take great care to ensure our blooms and plants leave the shop fresh and healthy. Because they’re perishable, we can’t accept returns after they leave our hands.
- If something isn’t right, please let us know within 48 hours of your purchase. We may ask for a quick photo or for you to bring the item back so we can take a look.
- If the concern is due to quality, and that has been established by providing a photo or bringing the plant/flowers in, we’ll happily replace it with something fresh and beautiful of equal value.
Online Order Returns & Exchanges
- Email us at hello@marigoldenshop.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
- Once we receive your item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.
