A la carte is perfect for smaller weddings, intimate celebrations, and gatherings where you want beautiful flowers without a complicated process.

This could be a wedding, a birthday dinner, an engagement party, a shower, or any moment you want to make feel a little more special.

Everything is designed in-studio and ready for pickup or delivery, making it an easy and flexible option for couples and clients wanting to add flowers to their event.

How it works

It all starts with an inquiry.

You can fill out the form, send an email, or give the shop a call.

From there, you can share as much or as little as you like. Some people come with a full vision, others just have a few ideas or images they love. Either way, I will guide you through what will work best and provide a quote.

Once we have decided on the pieces you need for your event and the admin details are taken care of, I get to work behind the scenes. Sourcing flowers, planning the designs, and getting everything ready.

It's like magic.

When the day arrives, your flowers will be ready for pickup or delivered to your venue. Simple as that.

I focus on seasonal blooms, beautiful colour palettes, and designs that feel at home in your space rather than overly styled.

For weddings that call for more tailored floral design, I also offer custom wedding florals.

This is a more collaborative approach, where we design pieces specifically for your space. This can include ceremony installations, arches, and designs that are created specifically for your venue and the flow of your day.

Each piece is thoughtfully considered so everything feels cohesive and naturally connected.

Custom weddings require a minimum investment of $5,000.

What if I don't know what I need?

That is completely normal. You do not need to have everything figured out.

I will help guide the process and suggest designs that suit your space and overall vision.

Details like your venue, layout, and approximate guest count are helpful, and having a general budget in mind allows me to focus on the pieces that will create the most impact.

Is there a minimum order for event flowers?

A la carte orders do not have a minimum, so whether you need just a bouquet or a few table arrangements for your event, you are always welcome to order just what you need.

For more custom weddings or events that include on-site setup or larger-scale design, floral budgets typically begin around $5,000.

Do you offer consultations or in person meetings?

For a la carte orders, we do not offer scheduled consultations. This helps keep the process simple, streamlined, and more budget-friendly.

That said, you are always welcome to reach out with questions before submitting an inquiry. You can call the shop or send an email anytime, and I am happy to help.

For larger or more custom events that require a bit more detail, a phone or video call can be arranged.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

Yes, small adjustments and additions can be made up to 30 days before your event.

We do ask that any reductions to your order remain within 20% of the original total.

Within 30 days of your event, cancellations are no longer available. Additional items may still be possible depending on availability.

Can I request specific flowers?

You are always welcome to share any preferences or favourites.

While I cannot guarantee specific varieties, I will always design with your overall style and colour palette in mind, choosing the most beautiful flowers available at the time.

If there is anything you would prefer not to include, just let me know.

Will you be onsite to setup the flowers?

For a la carte orders, we do not offer on-site setup. All floral pieces are designed in our shop and prepared for pickup or delivery.

For more custom weddings or events that require on-site setup or installation, this can be included as part of a custom quote.

Do you require a deposit? What are the payment options?

For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For events booked further in advance, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 15 days before your event.

Payments can be made by e-transfer or credit card. Please note that a 2.4% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Can I provide my own vases?

Yes, you are welcome to provide your own vases.

Please share photos and measurements in advance so I can ensure the designs are properly scaled. Vases should be delivered to the shop at least two weeks before your event, cleaned and ready to use (no stickers or excess foam or other packaging please)

Providing your own vases does not change the overall pricing, as the design and materials remain the same.
